7. Aggregated Third-Party Content
CashvilleHub aggregates publicly available event and activity information from third-party sources including public calendars and organizer listings. We:
- Extract factual information such as event name, date, time, venue, and location from public listings.
- Summarize event descriptions in our own words rather than republishing long source descriptions.
- Link back to original sources so users can access full details, purchase tickets, or RSVP directly with the organizer.
- Display source attribution on aggregated event cards where the source is available.
We do not claim ownership of third-party event content. If you are an organizer and want a listing reviewed or removed, contact us using the information below.
8. Copyright & Content Removal
If you believe content on CashvilleHub infringes your copyright or you want an event listing reviewed for removal:
- Contact us at wtgnashville@gmail.com.
- Include the URL of the content, your name, and enough information for us to identify the material.
- We will review valid requests as promptly as practicable.
9. Civic Accountability Data
CashvilleHub's law-enforcement accountability surfaces are currently pending Tennessee verification. We do not publish officer profiles, incident totals, department rankings, or accountability trend claims until Tennessee-specific official records are sourced, reviewed, and tied to clear provenance. Resident-help resources remain available while those accountability datasets are withheld. CashvilleHub is not affiliated with any government agency.
10. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at wtgnashville@gmail.com.
11. Changes
We may update this policy periodically. The effective date above reflects the current version.
